Post Meeting Reports are written by the chair person(s) of the Scientific Organizing Committee of IAU Symposia and Regional Meetings, within four weeks after their meeting.

As specified on the Post Meeting Report Form, the Reports provide, next to detailed practical information, the final scientific program, the list of participants, the list of recipients of IAU grants, and a two-page report of the scientific highlights of the meeting.
